You can delete your HyperOrbs account yourself, at any time, in the app or on the website. It takes a minute, and nobody has to approve it.
You are signed out straight away.
Write to support@hyperorbs.com from the email address on the account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with. Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we delete it for you.
A funding application waiting on a reviewer is withdrawn.
Only the records we are required to keep:
Server logs — IP address, the address requested and the response — are kept for a short operational window, as the privacy policy says.
Deleting takes effect the moment you confirm: you are signed out on every device, the account can no longer be signed in to, and your workspaces leave every list other members see.
The rest is deleted in the background straight afterwards, usually within minutes. If any step fails it is retried automatically until it is done.
If you come back later with the same email address or phone number, you start a new, empty account. Nothing from the deleted one comes back, and because HyperOrbs is invite-only, you would apply again.
Bought on the website. Deleting your account cancels the plan at once, so it is never charged again. The rest of the period you have already paid for is not refunded.
Bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the store before you delete your account — deleting your account does not stop the store's billing, and only you can cancel it there. On an iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments and subscriptions.
